I am an intuitive eater. I listen to my body, feeding what it calls for any time of day or night, be it a smoked Gruyere grilled cheese sandwich with caramelized onions at 2 am while I’m parked behind the crumb-infused keyboard of my laptop with napkins nearby. I will eat for the sake of eating, not to merely fill an empty stomach with whatever is in mouth’s reach, but swallow good food made from good ingredients with delicious characteristics that can be savored.
